Damages, cancellations & returns
We want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our goods and service. We pride ourselves in delivering quality products at very low prices. If you are dissatisfied with our service or goods for any reason, please contact customer services by clicking on contact us.
Any claim by you which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with the specification shall be notified to within 5 working days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure. LOF Direct shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the goods).
Cancellations & Returns
You have 14 days to request goods to be cancelled (from date of order) or returned (from date of receipt). Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods to be returned may be collected by us or our agents, or returned by you at your expense. LOF Direct reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 25% of the value of the goods for items cancelled or returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned must be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected by us or returned. Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above. We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions once the Goods have been examined and within 30 days of their collection from you by LOF Direct.
Please contact us to obtain a returns note number as this ensures your returns will be dealt with promptly. Returns will only be accepted with a complete returns number. All returns must be accompanied by a description of the fault and invoice/receipt/proof of purchase. Any items found to be not faulty will be returned to you, and will be further chargeable.
• Always speak to us before returning goods.
• Only goods with a valid returns number clearly marked on the outer packaging will be accepted by us.
• Goods must always be returned COMPLETE in original packaging and in the same condition as sent.
• If your product is "not suitable" it must be reported within 24 hours.
